Collecting your keys and what to expect

1. Upon arrival, you'll experience a lively atmosphere as fellow students settle into their new halls. Follow the guidance to find designated parking and unloading zones.
2. Keys can be collected from receptions, which are open 24 hours a day.
3. Trolleys will be on hand to assist with your belongings, and friendly student ambassadors will be present to guide you to your block and address any questions.
   
4. Kindly be aware that parking space is limited at each unloading zone. To accommodate others, it's necessary to relocate your vehicle after unloading. This ensures a smooth process for all arriving residents.
